Job Description The Dartmouth Group is hiring multiple part time, seasonal, Pool Monitors, for its community in Newton.
Pool Hours:
11am - 7pm, 7 days a week Shifts hours:2-3 shifts per week, to include weekends between10:30am - 7:30pm. CPR and First Aid Certification are required and will be made available.
Daily responsibilities:
Walk pool area and inspect for cleanliness. Pick up and clean debris, skim the pool, arrange the outdoor furniture. Conduct pool water testing as directed by the onsite CPO. Manage pool entrance. Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests. Ensurehomeowners, visitors, and guests sign in when the enter the pool area. Ensure safety. Be alert and watch people in the 5 foot pool and surrounding area. Assist with rescue if needed. Maintain pool rules. Close up and lock up pool area. Requirements Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). Professional customer service skills. Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
