In this role, you will be the face of our recreational facilities, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Your enthusiasm for guest services, and safety will help foster a lively and welcoming environment for visitors of all ages.

JOB REQUIRES

workers to be available between 10 am to 8 pm; Monday through Sunday. Rotating Shifts and go cart attendants must be 18 years of age. Weekends are the busiest track time so attendants can plan on having a rotating shifts. Responsibilities Assist in organizing and managing recreational events, activities, and programs to ensure smooth execution and maximum guest enjoyment Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Monitor activity areas to maintain safety standards, enforce rules, and manage conflicts effectively Handle any disputes in a professional, polite manner Support supervising go cart track, bumper pool area, etc. and responding swiftly to emergencies Engage with children and guests through public speaking or guided activities to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreational spaces, equipment, and supplies Qualifications Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create welcoming environments Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Must be 18+ years of age to be a go cart track attendant (required by Massachusetts) Ability to work effectively with children in various recreational settings Must be energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic about creating fun experiences for all guests Apply in person or email resume to: cartlandofcapecod@gmail.com Join us! Pay:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
