WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
May include, but not limited to: Check all tickets and make sure they are valid with the right date applying wristbands or handstamps as required per event Direct patrons to seat, ATM, restrooms, Box office, Security, Guests relations, etc Be courteous to ALL patrons Perform Security screening processes; screening techniques of Magnetometer scans, Handwand scans, pat downs, and bag checks when Security has been re-positioned for the event Make sure that no outside food or unexplained packages are admitted into facility during an event Ensure no alcohol leaves the facility Have flashlight available to use when needed Watch section and enforce the NO smoking policy After the event, check in area for lost and found, turn in at office, assure that outside doors are secured
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
Excellent customer service skills Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (Occasional morning shifts per event type) Able to work alone, or in a team environment Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more Able to stoop and bend Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment Able to comply with safety and health code standards Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
