About Caswell Pines Golf Club Caswell Pines Golf Club is a friendly semi-private golf club known for its welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained course. We're looking for a reliable, customer-service-oriented Golf Cart Attendant to join our team and help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Position Overview The Golf Cart Attendant plays a key role in the daily golf operation by ensuring golf carts are clean, staged, and ready to go, while providing excellent service to everyone who visits the club. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Stage golf carts for play and return them to the cart barn at the end of day Wash, clean, wipe down, and sanitize carts after each use Check carts for damage, proper operation, and adequate charge/fuel Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and staging areas Empty trash, pick up range balls as needed, and help keep the facility neat Support the golf staff with tournaments, outings, and other special events Provide general course information and a positive first impression of the club Qualifications Friendly, outgoing attitude and strong customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as on a team Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move golf bags and supplies (up to ~40 lbs) Must be at least [16/18]• years of age with a valid driver's license Previous golf or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
