Starts at $12/hour Job Description The position will work part-time in the Parks & Recreation Department as a Front Desk Attendant for the Hunt Recreation Center. The position requires heavy contact with the public through program registrations, walk-in visitors, and telephone inquiries. Flexible shifts including opening, mid-morning, afternoon, closing, and weekends. Seeking applicants with previous customer service, computer, and basic accounting experience. Hired individuals will receive a free membership to the Hunt Fitness Center during the course of employment. Pay rate starting at $12.00 per hour . Position is limited to working no more than approximately 20 hours a week. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older to receive an offer. Open until filled.

Duties include:

• Opening/closing the facility
• Walking the building for safety and cleanliness checks
• Counting drawers (cash) and running reports
• Greeting visitors and directing to program locations
• Assisting customers with facility regulations and policy
• Answering the front desk phone and addressing customer concerns
• Preparing facility spaces for events and checking in/out rentals
