For almost 100 years, Cleveland Country Club, the only private Club in Cleveland County, has taken great pride in its family-friendly membership lifestyle, golf, tennis, dining, and special events. The Club has a Member Dining Room & Bar, three Banquet Rooms, six Tennis Courts, an 18 Hole Golf Course, two practice putting/chipping areas and future Pool Complex.Job Summary:
In charge of Golf Shop's daily operations.Job Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Works along with Head Golf Professional, cart attendances and outside services personnel to promote the culture of Cleveland Country Club Maintain a visible and professional presence inside and outside the Golf Shop. Check in all daily Member and Guest golfers. Runs Tee Time Network system. Organizes daily cart staging. Assist in running member events including weekly play and annual tournaments. Promotes the sale of Golf Shop inventory Assist in preparing work schedules for cart attendants. Take care of end of day duties including cart storage as needed. Works with all Club Staff Members promoting non-golf related Club events and activities.Experience Required:
Work experience in a hospitality/club environment. Highly focused on providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members, guests and staff. Professional attitude and integrity. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Team player with the mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done.Benefits:
