In this role, you will be a main point of contact for guests while seating them prior to shows. You'll answer guest questions, communicate with the box office personnel, and assist staff during and after shows. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure visitors feel valued and comfortable while maintaining safety and order throughout the venue. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop customer service skills, gain experience in event environments, and contribute to memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon door time, providing a friendly and professional impression Direct guests to their seats or designated areas with clear, courteous guidance Monitor entrances and exits to ensure safety protocols are followed and manage crowd flow effectively Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about the venue, events, or amenities Support show, serving, and bar staff with crowd control during peak times or special events Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience managing crowds and handling conflict situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of safety protocols, including first aid and CPR certification preferred Previous experience in event management or venue operations is advantageous Strong communication skills, including public speaking and clear directions Background in theater or hospitality enhances guest engagement skills Join us to be part of an exciting environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
