Essential Functions:
- Informing Guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities
- Responsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guest
- Responsible for supervision of tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas
- Responsible for maintenance of tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas
- Checking paperwork and entering information into RTP
- Sizing and issuing proper equipment to guests
- Handling money, making change, and posting room charges, cashing out and making cash drops
- Daily inspection and upkeep of Stone Pillar building and surrounding areas, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink which could include snow removal
Working Environment:
- Exterior of Stone Pillar building with exposure to weather conditions with long periods of walking and standing.
- Interior of Stone Pillar building to give registration support help to register guest and completion of rental wavers
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills.
Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
