Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pool Desk Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed pool area. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, works well independently, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Responsibilities Staff and operate the pool desk throughout your scheduled shift. Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service. Verify guest room numbers and confirm pool access eligibility. Distribute and collect pool towels. Monitor the pool area to ensure guests are following all posted pool rules and safety guidelines. Politely address rule violations and report any concerns to management when necessary. Maintain an organized and professional pool desk area. Collect and transport used towels and linens to the designated laundry area. Restock clean towels and supplies as needed. Keep the pool deck clean, neat, and guest-ready throughout the day. Assist guests with general questions regarding pool amenities and policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Ability to lift and carry bags of towels and linens. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Pay:
