Ushers warmly welcome guests, scan and sell tickets, and assist visitors with digital profile creation to enhance their interactive journey. They coordinate timed group entries, verify profile completion, and communicate with fellow docents to maintain smooth visitor flow. Throughout the exhibition, Ushers guide guests through each themed zone—including the Bus Experience, Newsroom, Training Games, Locker Room, Immersive Room, Selfie Station, and Gift Shop—explaining the content, assisting with interactive activities, and ensuring all safety rules are followed. They help visitors participate in games, support photo opportunities, answer questions, and maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional presence that ensures every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Profile Creation Support — Assist visitors with QR code scanning, help them set up their digital profile, and explain how it enhances the interactive experience. Entry Coordination — Verify profile completion, manage group entry every 3 minutes, and communicate with the Bus Docent to maintain flow. Bus Guidance — Lead visitors to the Bus, ensure everyone is seated, and introduce the Argentine celebration and Messi life‑story transition. Zone Introductions — Explain each themed area, including the Newsroom, Locker Room, Immersive Room, and Messi's childhood room Interactive Games Support — Guide visitors through Tiki‑taka, Quiz, and Accuracy games; register "Guest" profiles when needed. Photo Assistance — Help visitors take selfies with Messi, scan QR codes, and save their photos. Gift Shop Support — Assist visitors in selecting souvenirs and ensure a positive end to their experiences.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills — Ability to greet visitors warmly, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism. Strong Communication — Comfortable speaking to groups, explaining zones, and answering questions. Tech-Friendly — Able to assist with QR codes, app setup, and simple phone navigation.
