Featuring golf simulators, mini golf, food, and beverage, Birdies provides an exciting opportunity to join a new team and grow with a developing business. As a Customer Service Caddie , you will help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of our golf entertainment venue. Responsibilities include … Welcoming and checking in guests while providing excellent customer service. Processing transactions for admissions, food, beverages, and merchandise. Assisting guests with golf simulators, mini golf, and equipment distribution. Delivering food and beverages while maintaining clean, safe guest areas.
