Golf Pro Shop Attendant

Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in retail operations. As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their purchases, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer interests. Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management. Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Experience in cash handling is preferred. Ability to stock merchandise efficiently and maintain organization within the shop. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products or conducting product demos. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
