Golf Operations Team Position Overview We are seeking a polished and service-driven Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at Toledo Country Club. This role is essential to delivering a private club experience through precise daily play management, elevated retail presentation, and exceptional member service. This is not a transactional role—it is a hospitality position at the center of the club experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Play Sheet & Golf Operations Manage daily play sheet with accuracy and attention to member preferences Coordinate with outside services to ensure seamless daily operations Retail & Merchandising Excellence Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated golf shop Execute merchandising standards that reflect a premier retail environment Assist with inventory, restocking, and product presentation Member & Guest Experience Deliver professional, personalized service at all times Build relationships and anticipate member needs Contribute to a culture of consistency, warmth, and excellence Point of Sale Operations Process transactions accurately using the POS system Manage check-ins, billing, and daily financial procedures Support opening and closing responsibilities What We're Looking For Strong knowledge and passion for the game of golf Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or private club environments preferred Professional presence with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Ability to perform in a fast-paced, service-focused setting A team-first mindset with pride in presentation and execution Schedule Must be available weekends, holidays, and flexible hours based on club needs Why This Role Matters The golf shop sets the tone for the entire member experience.
