Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Back Up Clubhouse Attendant Marshall/Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving a variety of beverages and enforcing golf course rules to guests while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or retail environments and possess strong time management skills. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing quality service. Responsibilities Serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and specialty drinks to guests on the course or designated area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart & clubhouse at all times. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure availability of products. Process transactions accurately using the ForeUp POS system and tee sheet software. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with Lead Clubhouse Staff to ensure timely backup support. Requirements Previous golf experience in a golf course, golf environment, or playing the game of golf, is preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Also, self motivation during slow times is ideal. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact positively with guests. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting. OLCC License obtained or willing to to obtain, is essential. Applicant must be 18 years of age in order to sell alcoholic beverages.
