Summary:
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Pool Attendants to join our team for the busy summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify guest identification and ensure authorized facility access Enforce pool and facility rules to promote guest safety Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest concerns Sell merchandise and handle basic transactions Coordinate rentals (e.g., boats or equipment) Register guests for tennis and swim lessons Assist lifeguards with routine pool chemical checks Follow established procedures and safety guideline
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures Comfortable resolving guest issues in a professional manner Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years old Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
