Summary The Attendant is a versatile team member responsible for supporting multiple areas of the golf course, including cart operations, food and beverage service, and pro shop assistance. This role ensures an exceptional experience for members and guests by providing friendly, efficient service and maintaining operational standards across all assigned areas. Duties & Responsibilities § Prepare, clean, and maintain golf carts before, during, and after play § Assist golfers with loading/unloading clubs and provide directions or course information § Ensure carts are safely stored and operational § Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas § Take food and beverage orders from golfers and event guests § Deliver orders promptly and provide courteous service § Set up and clear tables, snack stations, and beverage carts as needed § Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines § Greet guests, process tee times, and handle point-of-sale transactions § Assist with merchandising, inventory, and restocking merchandise § Provide information on golf programs, lessons, and events § Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area § Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive, professional attitude § Support team members across departments as needed § Follow all safety procedures, club policies, and regulatory guidelines § Assist with special events, tournaments, or banquet services as assigned Required Qualifications § Previous experience in customer service, food & beverage, or golf operations preferred § Basic knowledge of golf, course etiquette, and rules is a plus § Strong interpersonal and communication skills § Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and adapt to changing responsibilities § Dependable, punctual, and professional § Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings Skills & Competencies § Customer service and guest relations excellence § Flexibility and adaptability to work multiple roles § Time management and organizational skills § Teamwork and collaboration § Attention to detail and safety awareness § Basic cash handling and POS experience
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
