Job Description
Overview Stonewall is a top tier private club in Chester County, Pennsylvannia. The property has two premiere 18 hole courses designed by the world renowned Tom Doak. The Golf Shop Attendant will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Stonewall Golf Shop along with all Professionals. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, have a caring attitude, pro-active and have great attention to detail. Experience Required Previous experience in the golf industry is a plus but not required Must have experience using Outlook, Excel, & Word Essential Responsibilities Duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Monitoring & Stocking inventory
- Placing Special Orders
- Member Communication (phone, e-mail)
- Running Point of Sale transactions
- Tracking member/guest play
- Assisting Golf Professional Staff Benefits
