Job Description Support sophisticated media, entertainment, technology, intellectual property, and corporate transactions from deal ideation through execution. Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including bespoke transaction documents and client-specific templates. Advise clients across streaming, film, documentaries, podcasts, theater, publishing, digital media, live events, sports, promotions, marketing, commercial technology, and related matters. Partner closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop practical deal strategies and move transactions forward efficiently.
