Job Summary The Pool Attendant is responsible for managing access to the pool facility by verifying member and guest entry while providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact. This role ensures that only authorized individuals access the pool area, while delivering a high level of hospitality and service that reflects the standards of the club. Job Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival Verify member access using club numbers or membership system Check in and track guests in accordance with club policies Ensure only authorized members and guests enter the pool facility Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and guest usage Communicate club policies and pool rules clearly and courteously Answer questions and provide general information about the pool and club amenities Monitor entry area for organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Address concerns or issues calmly and escalate to management when appropriate Support overall pool operations by maintaining a positive and welcoming environment We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
