Full Time Outside Golf Operations Attendant Greenville, SC 29607 From $14 an hour - Part-time From $14 an hour - Part-time Job Summary Join our vibrant outdoor golf team as an Outside Golf Operations Attendant, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, managing daily operations on the course, as well as ensuring a smooth, enjoyable golf experience for players of all ages. Candidates should have a proactive approach and excellent customer service skills that will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about course amenities and services to enhance their experience Starters will manage tee times and coordinate daily golf schedules to ensure efficient play Pick the driving range frequently throughout the day Assist guests with golf bags and offering complete service Assist with organizing and overseeing special events such as tournaments or group outings, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish Enforce course rules and resolve conflicts or disputes with professionalism and tact Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart area, rental equipment, and surrounding facilities Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, offering directions, and supporting players of all skill levels Experience On the job training provided Must be able to lift 20lbs Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking or giving instructions clearly and confidently Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude This energetic role invites motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy engaging with people.
