Job Overview Join our vibrant Min Golf and Arcade team as a Team Member dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, ensuring smooth operations of the mini-golf courses and arcade attractions, and maintaining a safe, fun environment. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help guests enjoy their time to the fullest while supporting daily venue operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, engage with diverse audiences, and develop valuable skills in hospitality, event management, and guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through activities Operate and oversee mini-golf courses and arcade machines, ensuring they are clean, functional, and safe for use Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems; process ticket sales and merchandise purchases Assist in organizing special events or themed days to enhance guest experience and increase venue engagement Enforce safety protocols including manual handling procedures, safety signage, and emergency response readiness such as CPR or first aid if certified Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all visitors Maintain cleanliness of the venue, including outdoor areas, arcade spaces, and equipment to meet health and safety standards Requirements Prior experience in event venue management or hospitality is preferred; experience working with children is highly valued Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing POS systems accurately Knowledge of safety protocols such as first aid or CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified Excellent communication skills for public speaking, guest interactions, and team collaboration Experience in retail sales or food service environments is advantageous; familiarity with theater or resort settings can be beneficial Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience Join us to be part of an exciting environment where every day brings new opportunities to entertain guests and create joyful memories!
