Job Description:
Pool Area Attendant Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Property Owners, guests, employees, and supervisory/administrative staff. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Comfortable communicating with members and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to help maintain pool area standards and support a safe, welcoming environment.
Job Duties:
Meet and greet Property Owners and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain pool area service operations. Assist pool staff by helping communicate and support Wexford's pool policies and procedures. Take out and pick up trash in the pool area. Wash, dry, and fold pool towels. Straighten furniture around the pool area. Maintain the appearance of the pool area. Answer questions and provide information to members and guests as needed. Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
