  • $13 an hour 9 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at a premier housing community in Dallas, TX 75204.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the pool area while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves monitoring pool activities, monitor entry into the pool area and oversee guest waiver sign-ins. Job Start Date

  • 7pm Duties Supervise pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
Provide excellent guest services by greeting patrons, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Monitor pool activities and enforce rules to prevent accidents or conflicts. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including deck chairs, towels, and surrounding facilities. Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents, providing first aid if necessary. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall guest experience at the resort. Skills Strong background in customer service and guest relations. Excellent conflict management skills to handle disputes or issues effectively. Ability to work well with children and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
