The Usher will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with seating, and ensuring a pleasant and safe environment during events and services. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. Guide guests to their seats in an orderly and efficient manner. Distribute event materials such as programs or bulletins. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the seating and lobby areas. Assist with crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed. Answer guest questions and provide directions within the facility. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Previous experience in customer service or ushering is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
