Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures for tee times, tournaments, or special events Manage reservations, walk-in inquiries, and scheduling to optimize course utilization Oversee event management activities such as tournaments, outings, and themed golf nights, ensuring seamless execution Handle guest services by addressing questions, resolving conflicts promptly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere Assist with food service operations at the clubhouse or snack bar during events and peak hours Conduct safety checks on course facilities and equipment; enforce safety protocols including lifeguard standards when applicable Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions for merchandise or food sales Support public speaking efforts by providing information about course features, upcoming events, or resort amenities Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and equipment storage Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles within a resort or recreational setting preferred Background in events management or coordinating group activities is highly advantageous Conflict management skills to handle guest concerns effectively and diplomatically Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response readiness Working with children experience beneficial for family-oriented events or youth programs Public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse guest groups Food service experience helpful for assisting at food outlets during busy periods Familiarity with theater or entertainment settings can enhance guest engagement during special events This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about creating enjoyable experiences for guests while working in a lively resort environment.
