Duties Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated golf course routes, providing prompt service to players. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and light food items with attention to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales recording, and transaction processing. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and inventory control. Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, including assembling snack packages or preparing simple food items in accordance with food safety protocols. Engage with guests in a courteous manner, providing excellent customer service while managing time effectively during busy periods. Must possess or be able to obtain TABC Sellers Certification Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Culinary experience or background in the food industry will support your ability to handle food preparation tasks confidently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently on the course. Knowledge of cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions. Experience in serving customers in fast-paced settings like cafés or grocery stores demonstrates your adaptability and customer focus. Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential for maintaining quality standards.
