Sunflower Beach is a luxury boutique resort community located along the Texas coast in Port Aransas. We're seeking energetic, guest-focused Beach & Pool Attendants to help create an exceptional experience for our homeowners and guests while maintaining the beauty and presentation of our resort amenities. If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a hospitality environment, and take pride in providing outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Deliver Exceptional Guest Service As a Beach & Pool Attendant, you are often one of the first team members guests interact with during their stay. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and memorable resort experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests with a friendly, professional attitude Assisting guests with seating, towels, cabanas, and general requests Providing information about resort amenities, activities, and services Anticipating guest needs and delivering proactive service Promptly communicating guest concerns or requests to management
Maintain Resort Presentation Standards:
You'll help ensure our pools, cabanas, and common areas consistently reflect the high standards of Sunflower Beach.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas daily Maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready pool areas Resetting seating areas throughout the day Assisting with towel distribution, collection, and inventory management Keeping service areas neat, organized, and stocked
Food & Beverage Support:
Beach & Pool Attendants play an important role in supporting poolside dining service.
Responsibilities include:
Taking accurate food and beverage orders when needed Delivering orders promptly and professionally Assisting with cleanliness and organization of service areas Supporting Turtle's Poolside Grill operations during busy periods Responsibilities include: Monitoring assigned areas for safety concerns Reporting hazards, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment immediately Assisting with enforcement of resort policies in a professional manner Properly handling and storing resort equipment Helping maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
What We're Looking For:
Positive, outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and accountable Hospitality, restaurant, resort, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and provide exceptional service
Scheduling:

Requirements:
Must Be:
At least 16 years old Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer periods
Certifications Required:
Current TABC Certification (or willingness to obtain) Current Texas Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
