Seasonal Pool Attendant Tanglewood Resort - Pottsboro, TX Position Summary Tanglewood Resort is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Seasonal Pool Attendants to join our team for the summer season. Pool Attendants play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for our guests while providing exceptional hospitality and service at our resort pool facilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Monitor pool areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, towels, and amenities. Enforce pool rules and resort policies in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, seating areas, restrooms, and surrounding facilities. Distribute towels and assist guests with pool-related requests. Monitor pool occupancy and report safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly. Assist with special events and activities held at the pool area. Maintain a positive, professional appearance and attitude at all times. Support other resort departments as needed to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and sun exposure. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts throughout the season.
