What You Will Be Doing:
Our professionals are the most important resource in our service commitment to our customers. We nurture a progressive environment where challenging, empowered, and purposeful work is celebrated. Recreation Attendant, Summer Camp Programs assist with the daily operation of youth summer camp programs, including Camp Mania and Nature Camp, serving children ages 5-11. The employee engages campers in a variety of recreational, educational, and outdoor activities such as games, crafts, nature exploration, and group activities while helping create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. This role monitors camper participation, encourages positive behavior, and assists with maintaining the well-being and safety of campers throughout the day. Recreation Attendants may be assigned to either camp program and work closely with fellow staff to provide a positive and memorable camp experience for all participants.
