The Noorda Center for the Performing Arts is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team as Event Staff I - Crowd Managers. This part-time position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for patrons attending performances, concerts, lectures, and special events. Crowd Managers greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, provide event information, support accessibility accommodations, and help manage audience flow throughout the venue. Team members also assist with patron safety, monitor venue conditions, respond to guest concerns, and support emergency procedures when needed. Must be a current UVU student and have been awarded Federal Work-Study for 2026-2027 through UVU Financial Aid. Successful candidates are dependable, professional, and enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.
