Golf Shop Attendant (Part-Time) The Federal Club - Glen Allen, VA The Federal Club is one of Central Virginia's premier private country clubs, offering an exceptional golf experience and outstanding member service. Our club features a vibrant, growing membership with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. We take pride in providing first-class service while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and kind personality to join our Golf Operations team as a Part-Time Golf Shop Attendant . Position Responsibilities As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our members and their guests.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and managing tee times Assisting members and guests with golf shop purchases Maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the golf shop Answering phones and assisting with member inquiries Supporting daily golf operations as needed Most importantly, providing exceptional customer service to every member and guest Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Enjoy working with people and delivering outstanding customer service Possess excellent communication and organizational skills Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Golf knowledge is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
