Golf operations are enhanced by state-of-the-art technology, including a TrackMan Golf Simulator that supports instruction, club fitting, and year-round member engagement. We are looking for a Golf Shop Attendant who is passionate about golf and enjoys creating conversation in a welcoming environment. Experience Required Golf Experience or knowledge Efficient in communication and customer service Computer skills / efficiency Essential Responsibilities Demonstrate a working knowledge and conduct opening, interim and closing procedures. Provide exceptional member/guest service with enthusiasm and a smile. Ability to work with others and as a team Perform cleaning duties in the Golf Shop as needed. Handle member and guest inquiries, manage tee-time bookings in person and over the phone, and maintain professional communication. Execute outside golf operations to ensure daily procedures and policies are properly executed.
