The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily golf shop operations, and help create a welcoming environment for our members and guests. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Engage in face-to-face interactions with members and guests, providing assistance and information as needed. Manage the tee sheet efficiently to ensure smooth scheduling of tee times. Communicate effectively with other staff members to coordinate daily operations. Assist with general golf shop duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn golf shop management software. Timeliness and reliability in attendance and task completion. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Golf knowledge is a plus but not required.
