The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all pool guests. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce pool policies professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Check all pool passes and maintain an accurate attendance log. Enforce all pool rules to ensure guest safety and facility standards. Maintain the pool area by keeping it clean and free from trash or debris. Keep the bathhouse and restrooms clean and stocked at all times. Follow daily opening and closing pool procedures. Regularly test and balance pool chemicals to maintain safe swimming conditions. Clean and vacuum the pool, clean skimmer baskets, backwash the pool filter, and skim the pool surface as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pool attendant, lifeguard, or in a related role is preferred. Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and chemical safety is a plus. Ability to enforce rules with professionalism and courtesy. Strong communication and organizational skills.
