Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Manage and maintain carts used for transportation within the facility
• Assist guests with loading and unloading carts as needed
• Monitor cart inventory and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas
• Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred
