Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting guests in a welcoming manner Accurately directing guests to restrooms, concessions areas, and seats Scanning admission tickets and passes from guests for each event Checking in Will Call, Premium, and VIP guests Passing out programs or other event-related materials Answering event or facility-related questions Assisting security personnel with crowd control Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the show or performance Maintaining the standards of cleanliness inside the theater and lobby Working as a part of a team to ensure the best experience for patrons and artists Consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service Other duties as assigned Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required. Position may include being outside the venue doors.
