What You'll Do:

Lead safe, effective, high-energy group fitness classes Deliver an exceptional member experience through coaching, cueing, and motivating Build community inside the club through engagement and support Provide guidance on form, modifications, and progressions Assist with floor support and member questions when needed Represent the Workout Anytime brand through professionalism, positivity, and reliability

What We're Looking For:

Previous group fitness coaching experience (required) Strong communication skills & confident class leadership Ability to coach members of all fitness levels CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Passion for fitness, people, and creating a great workout atmosphere
