Job Description
The Activity Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and is an active member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. The Activity Manager directs the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program. This includes the completion of the activities component of the comprehensive assessment along with the comprehensive care plan goals and approaches. The Activity Manager oversees the direction of an activity program, which includes scheduling of activities, both individual and groups, and the implementation of such programs. The Activity Manager directs the monitoring of the residents' responses as well as the evaluation of responses to the programs to determine if the activities meet the assessed needs. > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Bilingual Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
