Full-Time | Includes Evenings & Weekends About the Role KidsUnited is a premier youth soccer and child development program dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for children and families. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead membership growth, local marketing, community engagement, team development, and daily operations. This is a sales-first leadership role. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in membership sales & lead management, understands how to leverage local marketing, community partnerships, and social media to increase brand awareness and membership growth, and is passionate about building teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The General Manager will work closely with the ownership group and KidsUnited corporate team (Franchisor) to execute proven sales, marketing, operational, and staffing strategies. While the General Manager will have significant ownership of the club's success, this is a highly supported leadership role with ongoing collaboration, coaching, training, and resources designed to help both the individual and the club thrive. Membership Growth & Business Performance Execute membership sales strategies to drive membership and revenue growth. Own membership growth, revenue performance, and lead conversion goals. Track KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, retention, revenue, and membership growth. Analyze business performance and collaborate with the ownership group to implement strategies to improve results. Build local partnerships and community relationships to increase awareness and enrollment. Serve as the local ambassador for the KidsUnited brand. Team Leadership & Development Train and develop coaches and front-desk staff. Foster a positive, energetic, and family-focused culture. Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensure programs and classes are delivered to KidsUnited standards. Partner closely with the Owner and Franchisor to implement best practices, execute growth initiatives, and support the successful development of the club, staff, and membership base. Marketing & Community Engagement Collaborate with ownership and designated marketing resources to execute local marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and membership growth. Provide oversight and accountability for the club's social media presence, ensuring content and messaging align with KidsUnited brand standards and business objectives. Support content creation efforts by identifying opportunities to showcase the KidsUnited experience, member success stories, events, and community involvement. Assist in coordinating events, promotions, outreach efforts, and grassroots marketing initiatives that support membership growth and retention. Customer Experience Be the face of the club and create a welcoming environment for families. Address parent concerns and feedback timely & professionally. Build strong relationships with members and prospective members. Drive retention through outstanding service and engagement. Operational Excellence Oversee daily club operations and facility standards. Assist in management of class schedules,employee schedules, and club readiness. Ensure compliance with KidsUnited systems and processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Required Qualifications Membership sales experience required. Experience owning sales goals and revenue targets. Strong understanding of marketing, lead generation, and social media engagement. Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics. Previous leadership and team development experience. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. High-energy, hands-on, results-driven leadership style. Preferred Experience Soccer background - Any personal or professional experience with soccer is a plus. Coaching or early childhood education - Experience working with kids in a coaching or teaching setting is highly valued, especially with ages 1.5-9.
