Most marketing jobs ask you to make ordinary work look interesting. We have the opposite problem. Envy Pools builds lazy rivers, grottos, massive rock waterfalls and multimillion-dollar backyards across the Phoenix metro, and our marketing has not caught up to what we build. We are hiring the person who closes that gap. About Envy Pools Envy Pools is a luxury pool and outdoor living design-build company founded in 2018. We work with homeowners, custom homebuilders and developers on resort-style pools, custom water features, architectural structures and complete outdoor environments. We are a two-time 2026 Pinnacle Award winner, and we are growing.

One day you are on an active build with a camera. The next you are cutting a reveal, planning a campaign, reviewing ad performance, sitting down with a builder who should be sending us projects, or deciding with ownership what to push next. What you'll do Set the marketing and social media strategy and run it across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn Work with in-house media who photo and video on active job sites and finished projects, from excavation to final reveal Produce Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and long-form project films built on strong hooks and real storytelling Write captions and copy that drive reach, engagement and qualified inquiries Get out and build relationships in person with custom home builders, architects, designers and realtors, and turn them into a steady source of referrals Represent Envy at industry events, builder meetings, home shows and project reveals Run the content calendar and keep every piece consistent with a premium brand Direct outside videographers, photographers and designers when a project calls for it Run paid advertising, or manage the specialists who do, and answer for the return Track audience growth, traffic, leads and conversion, then report what is working and change what is not Produce award submissions, magazine features and co-marketing with our partners Use AI and automation tools to work faster without lowering the standard What you bring A portfolio of video and social campaigns you personally shot, edited or ran, with results you can show Hands-on photography, videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva or comparable) A working understanding of how Instagram and TikTok distribute content: hooks, retention, shares Strong writing Working knowledge of paid social, marketing funnels, lead tracking and analytics A track record of bringing in business face to face: partnerships, referral relationships, events
