This is a part-time position for someone who has direct experience running or managing a competitive volleyball club program. The ideal candidate understands the volleyball club system, including tryouts, team formation, tournament registration, parent communication, payment tracking, scheduling, budgeting, and day-to-day club operations. This is not a general office or administrative position. Applicants must have previous volleyball club leadership experience. Required Experience Applicants must have previous experience running or managing a competitive volleyball club program in one of the following roles: Club Director Program Director Volleyball Club Manager Senior Volleyball Club Administrator Similar volleyball club leadership or management role Applicants without direct volleyball club director, club manager, or senior club operations experience may not be considered. Responsibilities The Club Manager / Club Director will help with: Managing day-to-day volleyball club operations Supporting tryouts, team formation, team placement, and seasonal planning Communicating professionally with parents, athletes, coaches, and staff Managing tournament registration, scheduling, deadlines, and logistics Tracking player information, registrations, payments, and important documents Following up on payments and helping manage payment collection Preparing basic budget forecasting and financial planning reports Maintaining accurate records and handling data entry Helping organize practice schedules, tournament schedules, and club calendars Supporting parent meetings, coach communication, and program updates Creating systems to improve communication, organization, and club operations Being present at practices, tryouts, tournaments, meetings, or club events when needed Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Direct experience running or managing a competitive volleyball club program Strong understanding of the volleyball club system Experience with tryouts, team placement, tournaments, parent communication, schedules, and club logistics Strong written and spoken English Professional communication skills with parents, athletes, coaches, and staff Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience with spreadsheets, registration platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools Ability to manage payments, budgets, and basic financial forecasting Ability to work independently and solve problems Strong attention to detail Volleyball coaching or club operations background preferred Schedule This is a part-time position. The weekly time commitment may change depending on the season, tryouts, tournaments, and club needs. The role is flexible and does not require daily office attendance. However, the Club Manager / Club Director must be available to attend practices, tryouts, tournaments, parent meetings, or club events from time to time when needed. Compensation $2,000 per month.
