In this role, you will lead a team of staff, oversee daily operations, and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and facility efficiency. Your leadership will drive a vibrant, welcoming environment that promotes health, fitness, and community engagement. Duties Supervise daily gym operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently Lead, motivate, and manage staff including trainers, front desk personnel, and maintenance teams to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee shift management, scheduling staff to meet operational demands while maintaining high service standards Manage guest services by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall member satisfaction Coordinate events and special programs such as fitness challenges or community wellness initiatives to boost engagement Maintain operational compliance with health and safety regulations including first aid and CPR procedures Prepare detailed reports on gym performance, attendance figures, incident logs, and operational metrics for management review Qualifications Proven experience in nightclub or event venue management with a strong background in hospitality or fitness environments Demonstrated leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a similar setting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including report writing and data analysis tools Excellent communication skills for managerial decision-making and team management Experience in managing budgets, cash handling, and operational logistics within a hospitality or resort environment Knowledge of event management, guest services, and operations management best practices Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and positive morale Technical proficiency related to gym equipment operation and safety protocols Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable; resort or hospitality experience is advantageous Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable fitness experiences!
