Customer service and member experience Activity Center daily operations Member engagement and community outreach Administrative support and operational reporting Company policies and compliance Health plan benefits and member education IPA structure and workflows PCP and specialist network coordination Referrals and authorization processes Provider and clinic relations Staff scheduling and workflow coordination Inventory and supply management Event planning and coordination Operational reporting and performance monitoring Process improvement initiatives Staff supervision and coaching Team communication Conflict resolution Problem-solving and decision-making Employee training and development Independently managing Activity Center operations Membership growth and retention Community partnership development Operational and financial reporting Quality improvement initiatives Supporting strategic planning and special projects Regular and consistent attendance Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Recreation, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or program coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare, senior services, community center, or recreational setting. Experience working with older adults or diverse populations is preferred. Previous experience supporting events, activities, or community engagement programs is a plus.
