Job Description

Pool Operations Manager Overview:
The Pool Operations Manager will organize and oversee all pool operations to include staffing of Lifeguards, Pool Attendants and Pool Greeters as well as recreation activities. Ensure the overall quality of service, ambiance and cleanliness. Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of the entire pool experience.
Responsibilities:
Hire staff, discipline staff, evaluate their performance and document all aspects of their employment. Training programs for both groups and individual to stress service, safety and product knowledge. Coordinates lifeguard certification & Training Coordinates and trains all Pool and Recreation staff. Oversee maintenance of all equipment, and cleanliness of pool facilities. Staff Recreation for optimum labor costs and maximum service. Write accurate schedules within designated staffing guidelines. Perform all other administrative functions required and communicate information from management meetings. Payroll done accurately and on time. Work in a safe manner at all times and follow all safety procedures as outlined in your Standards of Conduct and Loss Prevention Manual. Properly manage and lead all recreation staff members. Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer proficiency required, Microsoft office programs. Ability to read English, analyze, and interpret general business reports and standards of procedures, as well as governmental regulations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Problem resolution and implementation. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include good hearing ability, ability to hear alarms and distinguish sounds.
