You will lead a team of fitness professionals and support staff, ensuring that our members receive outstanding service and a positive experience. What You'll Do:

Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve studio goals.

Manage scheduling to optimize studio performance and efficiency.

Foster a strong community by organizing events, workshops, and fitness challenges.

Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Regularly attends training, bringing lessons learned back to sales staff for implementationRegularly attends Mayweather Boxing & Fitness classes, a minimum of 2-3 visits per weekWorks directly with Head Instructor to increase studio utilization and workout trafficPromotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaignsExecutes and coordinates the companys marketing and ongoing sales drivers (studio events, outreach, etc.)Meets or exceeds personal sales goal as well as studio total goalActs as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and staff.

Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive studio success.
