The AnBryce Foundation is seeking an experienced Assistant Camp Director to help lead Camp Dogwood Summer Academy, a residential summer program serving under-resourced youth. This role supports the Director of Summer Residential Programs in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for campers and staff.

Responsibilities:

Support daily camp operations, programming, schedules, and staff supervision. Mentor and evaluate staff and assist with training and logistics. Support safety and emergency procedures. Coordinate field trips, service projects, special guests, and camp events. Oversee aquatic programming and lifeguard staff. Help maintain a positive and inclusive camp community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, liberal arts, parks and recreation, or a related field. Age 25+ with senior-level residential camp experience. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse environment. CPR, First Aid, AED, Lifeguard, and WSI certifications required or must be obtained. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Position Details Full-Time | Onsite |
