Job description: About us: Kraken Kourts is more than a recreation venue — we are building a destination where families connect, communities gather, and memorable experiences happen every day. Combining pickleball, events, food & beverage, and interactive family entertainment, Kraken is designed to become a premier community hub for active fun and hospitality. Over the next six months, Kraken will continue expanding with new attractions and immersive experiences specifically designed for children ages 1-8, creating even more opportunities for families to play, celebrate, and engage together. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and high‑energy Family Entertainment Center Venue Manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves building teams and culture, and is excited to help scale a growing entertainment concept. What you'll do: Recruit, train, and inspire a high‑performing team across operations, guest services, events, and food & beverage Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, hospitality, and teamwork Lead daily operations with a hands‑on management style and strong visible presence Deliver outstanding guest experiences across pickleball, events, parties, attractions, and food & beverage Ensure the facility meets high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence Support the launch of new attractions and family programming for children ages 1-8 Identify opportunities to improve revenue, guest engagement, and community impact Build strong relationships with schools, sports organizations, local businesses, and community groups Oversee leagues, tournaments, camps, parties, and special events Manage budgets, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs while driving profitability
