Pool Project Manager -
Splash City Pools Location:
Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, and Manatee Counties) Position Overview Splash City Pools is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee residential pool construction projects from permit issuance through final completion. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear communication with homeowners throughout the entire build process. Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage multiple pool construction projects simultaneously (typically 5-10 jobs) Oversee projects from permit issuance to final inspection Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards Scheduling and Coordination Schedule and manage all subcontractors (excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, tile, decking, etc.) Coordinate inspections and ensure all work meets required codes Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time Job Site Oversight Visit job sites regularly to verify work quality and progress Ensure plans and specifications are followed Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule Customer Communication Provide regular updates to homeowners Address customer questions and concerns professionally Conduct walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate job records, schedules, and notes Take progress photos and document key stages Track change orders and communicate updates internally Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience Strong understanding of construction processes and job sequencing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Experience in pool construction or outdoor living projects Familiarity with permitting and inspections, preferably in Florida Experience with project management software (BuilderTrend, CRM systems, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
