Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes. Experience in customer service roles within hospitality or entertainment settings with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of shift management, guest services, and operational procedures specific to event venues or nightclubs. Technical proficiency with sound systems, lighting equipment, and venue technology is highly desirable. First aid and CPR certification is preferred to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
