In this energetic role, you will oversee daily club activities, manage staff, coordinate events, and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. Your leadership will drive the success of the club by fostering a lively atmosphere, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver top-tier guest services and maintain high performance standards. Coordinate and manage events from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and guest satisfaction. Handle budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Supervise technical operations such as sound systems, lighting, and other event venue equipment to ensure smooth functioning. Develop reports on club performance, staffing needs, and operational challenges to inform strategic decision-making. Experience Proven management experience in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or event spaces with a focus on operations management. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively. Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes. Experience in customer service roles within hospitality or entertainment settings with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of shift management, guest services, and operational procedures specific to event venues or nightclubs. Technical proficiency with sound systems, lighting equipment, and venue technology is highly desirable. First aid and CPR certification is preferred to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
