Compensation:

The Role We're hiring a Field/Project Manager to own pool construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. You'll be the person clients, crews, and subcontractors look to for answers. You'll run job sites, keep schedules tight, manage budgets, coordinate trades, and make sure every pool we deliver meets the Indigo standard. This is a hands-on role. You'll split your time between our Wynwood office and active job sites across Miami. If you like sitting behind a desk all day, this isn't the right fit. What You'll Do Manage multiple pool construction projects simultaneously from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to keep jobs on schedule and on budget Run job site visits, conduct quality checks, and resolve issues in real time Serve as the main point of contact for clients — keeping them informed and confident throughout the build Read and interpret construction plans, permits, and engineering specs Track project costs, timelines, and deliverables, and report progress to leadership Identify ways to improve our processes as we scale What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish — required, both spoken and written Direct pool construction experience — required (shell, plumbing, equipment, finishes, decking) Based in Miami — required Strong organizational skills and a true sense of ownership over your work Comfortable managing crews and holding people accountable Solid understanding of Miami-Dade permitting and inspection processes Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Indigo Competitive base with revenue-sharing and significant upside tied to performance Critical role at a company that's growing fast and promoting from within Real ownership and decision-making authority — no corporate bureaucracy Wynwood office in the heart of one of Miami's best neighborhoods Fast growing company with room to grow
